Kansas Oxford House State Association

Each house will need to register through your Chapter Chair. Chapter Chairs, please use the tinyurl provided on the bottom of the flyer received at State and one check per Chapter written to the Alumni Association in Wichita. Please make sure to send your checks as soon as you complete your survey registration. Alumni is welcome to register through your Chapter or through your Alumni Association. Please make sure you include the names of all the people attending. Most rooms will be 4 people to a room, with a select few suites holding up to 6 people, please indicate which you are wanting. Your primary person will need to have an ID, should you need to go to the front desk for a key replacement, all other room keys will go through the committee when you register.

Any checks written for registration or hotel rooms will need to be written to “State Convention”. Address for checks to be mailed will be coming soon.

We will have tables setup for committees, houses & chapters to be able to sell their swag and merch. Swag will not be available during sessions. You’re responsible for your swag and financials, please keep these secure and clean up after yourself once done.

Did someone say Raffles?

We are looking for donations for raffle items for this years State Convention, no item is too big or too small from your House, Chapter, Association, or any other donors. Bring these items with you to the convention and we will raffle them off. All proceeds will go back to the State Association to put on the next amazing Kansas Oxford House State Convention.
